We''re seeking a Property Managerto oversee the long-term management and value creation of our realestate portfolio. In this dynamic role, you''ll have the opportunityto shape the future of our properties while building lastingrelationships with clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: -Manage daily operations and ensure the perfect condition of ourbuildings through maintenance works and strong supplierrelationships. - Serve as the first point of contact for clients,enhancing relationships through regular visits and coordinatingwith clients, suppliers, and facility management companies. -Handle lease compliance, warranties, insurance matters, and allcontent discussions with customers. - Prepare short- and long-termoperational and capital expenditure budgets. - Optimize financialperformance by managing operational expenses, strategic budgeting,and rent reviews. - Identify and implement technical improvementsand sustainability upgrades. - Oversee renovation and maintenanceworks from tendering to completion. - Ensure properties meet highsustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM, GRESB). - Supportacquisition and disposal activities in collaboration with thecapital transactions team. - Work closely with the legal team onlease agreements, disputes, and other legal matters. - Collaboratewith the finance team to manage property-related financial topics.Jouw profiel What We''re Looking For: - A Bachelor''s/Master''s degreein Real Estate, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. - Atleast 3 years of experience in property/asset management with astrong interest in the technical aspects. - A hands-on mentalityand the ability to take ownership. - Strong commercial andtechnical acumen. - A results-oriented mindset with a focus onquality and business performance. - An analytical approach toproblem-solving and decision-making. - Fluency in Dutch andEnglish.
