Job Description:DXC Technology Italy is looking for aTechnical Leaderto join our Application Service DXC Team.Your responsibilities will include:Designing, developing, and executing business and technical software solutions to implement portions of new or enhanced systems (including upgrades or conversions).Understanding and utilizing appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems.Interacting with client-facing colleagues (Business Analysts and Project Managers) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.Staying current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.Leading a small team, providing mentoring and guidance to less senior developers by collaborating with them in designing solutions.Education And Skills:Bachelor or Master Degree (Nice to have technical field: Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc..)Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, Cloud based applications and Microservices architecture and patternsStrong Technical experience writing code using languages: Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot, ...), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design pattern and architecture design and Database SQL and NoSQLSoftware development processes (Agile, Waterfall), DevOpsAbility to work with web-development tools for new applicationsBasic understanding of modern software design and development methodologiesThe Ideal profile has strong analytics skills, problem solving, focus on results, decision making skills and ability to work in teamsLocation: Rome with remote work possibility#LI-HybridRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
