Seven For All Mankind is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the overall management of our store in Rome.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. This includes analyzing performance metrics, maximizing profitability, and ensuring alignment with our brand image and retail strategy.You will play a key role in inspiring your team, growing store traffic, and creating a premium shopping environment that reflects our brands fashion and lifestyle DNA.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitabilityAnalyze WTD, PTD, and YTD KPIs to identify trends and define effective action plansDrive sales performance through training, coaching, and mentoring team membersEnsure that all team members understand and represent the brand values, product knowledge, and seasonal messagesMaintain excellent customer service standards to achieve high customer satisfactionTake ownership of all aspects of store operations, including inventory control and stock shrinkage targetsManage all administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresOversee staff performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans in coordination with HREnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure store environmentUphold high standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentationEnsure accurate and timely cash handling, banking procedures, and petty cash purchasesUtilize POS system reports to track performance and identify business needsMaintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and in-store product assortmentQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilitiesCustomer-centric mindset and proven ability to deliver a premium customer experienceSolid understanding of retail KPIs, operational procedures, and inventory managementUp-to-date with the latest fashion trends and the ability to translate that into customer engagementBusiness acumen and strong networking skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic retail professional who is passionate about fashion and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
