NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EU funded project called: Support to alignUkrainian legislation, policies and institutions with EU acquis inagriculture and rural development (IPRSA III) and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. The overall objective of this assignment is to contributeto a resilient, more inclusive, sustainable and competitivegrowth-oriented agricultural sector that secures fair rural incomesand investment capacities and respects the environment. Duration:The intended start date is no later than 1 September 2025 and theperiod of implementation of the contract will be 40 months fromthis date. Key Expert: Senior ARD expert Qualifications andskills: - At least a Master''s Degree (or equivalent) inagriculture, agriculture economics or directly related discipline,or bachelor in the same field plus four years of relevantprofessional experience, or in the absence of a relevant Universitydegree eight years of relevant professional experience; - AdvancedEnglish language skills of at least level C1 (understanding,speaking, writing) required. Language skills in Ukrainian orRussian of at least B2 (understanding, speaking, writing) will beconsidered an asset. General professional experience: - At least10 years of professional experience relating to the definition orimplementation of policy, development programmes, legislation,institutional reform or sectoral support programmes in the area ofagriculture or rural development. Specific professionalexperience: - At least 3 years of professional experience atdecentralised government level in support of the assessment,consultation, elaboration, implementation and monitoring ofstrategies, programmes or targeted policy interventions in theagricultural or rural sectors; - At least 3 years of professionalexperience in supporting the development of agricultural extension/ advisory systems, a FA/SDN or Geographical Indications (GIs) willbe considered an asset; - Recent experience (i.e. within the pastten (10) years) of participating in the implementation of technicalassistance projects, each of minimum 12 months duration, in supportto the implementation of EU acquis in the agriculture and ruraldevelopment or fisheries and aquaculture sectors in EU candidatecountries or EU Member States will be considered an asset.
