TRAINEE Account Manager
for our Madrid office. On the job training, you will learn what day-to-day work is like in a creative company and collaborate on real projects with a team of high-level professionals from the sector. Responsabilities
Support to the Accounts Department in the daily management with clients.
Support in the preparation of client budgets.
Assisting in the development of briefs.
Ensuring that the agency''s work is in line with the client''s briefing.
Preparation and presentation of the agency''s proposals to the client.
Assisting in the coordination, on time and on budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign.
Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project.
Support in the coordination of the execution of the campaigns.
Support in the production of the different pieces of a campaign with the creative department.
Help in the coordination with the administration department.
Qualifications
Student in the end year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies or related Master''s degree.
Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.
