Role Overview
The main purpose of this position is to provide HR administrative support in our site in Fllinsdorf. You will work closely, with limited supervision with the HR Manager and the HR Generalist.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure operational HR administrative excellence on HR processes, policies, including recruitment support.
- Provide support for Employee life cycle (on-boarding/ off-boarding process, payroll, timesheet and holiday tracking, personal files maintenance and update including database maintenance on the HRMS) and ensure they are maintained on a timely, accurate and confidential basis: work contracts, addendums, attestations, work certificates and any other document and ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Responsible for the new hire/change/leaver processes, including Data accuracy in the HR database.
- Insurances and third-parties management: tax at source, Accident/Sickness/Family Allowance.
- Administration support in the recruitment process, (selection, assessments organisation, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews).
- Ad-Hoc HR tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- CFC de commerce, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven working experience in a similar role within a demanding environment.
Skills
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss Security system and legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
- Ability to organise, multi-task prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Reliable, accurate and very strong attention to detail.
- Team player.
- High energy level, much drive.
- High degree of integrity, always prepared to do the right thing.

- Fixed-term contract until December 31st, 2025.
