Your Role at Weekendesk
As a Quality Manager Assistant, youll work closely with the Sales team to ensure our prices are competitive. Your main focus will be comparing our prices with competitors and reporting insights to help the sales team secure the best deals . We are looking for a proactive candidate, capable of establishing new processes and contributing innovative ideas that drive continuous improvement.
Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
- Checking our prices against competitors regularly by monitoring competitor deals to ensure we offer the most competitive packages.
- Creating and follow up clear reports on price differences for the sales teams.
- Follow the performance KPI of the offers using specific tools and provide strategy to sales and marketing team to improve performance and visibilty
- Analyse and implement possible improvements in competitiveness.
- Provide the Sales team useful insights to help negotiate better rates and find areas where we can improve

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
- Organized and proactive.
- A team player with a sharp eye for detail and an open mindset.
- Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Italian or French are a plus!).
