How do you do this?
Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients in OMP business and data requirements to ensure successful implementation;conduct detailed discovery sessions with end users to document and translate functional requirements into technical specifications;drive the design and configuration of OMP solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client objectives;perform comprehensive testing of configurations to guarantee functionality, performance, and integration within the overall system architecture;coach and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, addressing technical questions and design challenges;assess project performance and document lessons learned to enhance institutional knowledge and improve future implementations.Whats in it for you?

We celebrate diversity; your educational background can be as unique as your skills and experiences; however, we expect this position to be highly relevant for individuals holding a Bachelors Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of OMP modules, such as SOP, DP, and OPR.
What you bring to the team:
Certified as an OMP Solution Architect, with completed certifications for relevant OMP modules;successfully implemented OMP solutions within the areas of Supply Chain Planning, including SOP, DP, and OPR applications;configuration experience with OMP or similar advanced planning solutions;strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical and business challenges in supply chain management;exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.experience managing system implementation projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes;comprehensive knowledge of best practices in supply chain management and optimisation techniques;ability to conduct research and analysis on client inquiries, industry trends, and emerging technologies;flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs and support project delivery.(W)here
