THE ROLE

As our Lead Electrical Engineer at Skytree, you will develop electrical systems for the Skytree CO2 capture machines, with a focus on power electronics and controls. You will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, conduct analysis, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations to deliver innovative CO2 capture machines.

Your experience will help create reliable and efficient electrical systems that meet the requirements of our customers and contribute to the overall success of Skytrees CO2 capture machines.


YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

  1. Leading the Electrical Design Engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and work packages, and significantly contributing to achieving product milestones.
  2. Creating detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation;
  3. Conducting thorough analysis and calculations to ensure optimal electrical design and efficiency;
  4. Selecting and evaluating electrical components and subsystems to meet product requirements;
  5. Working on debugging and launching new prototypes of SkyTree CO2 capture machines;
  6. Performing electrical simulations and modeling for system validation and optimization;
  7. Preparing necessary documentation, reports, and test plans for certification purposes;
  8. Executing root cause analysis on prototype models, helping out with improvements on the design.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline;
  2. Demonstrated team leadership skills;
  3. 10+ years proven experience in electrical design;
  4. Experience with LV/MV and high power electrical design;
  5. Experience with controls and automation;
  6. Expert level, up-to-date experience with EPLAN software (versions 2.6 and beyond);
  7. Ability to plan, strategize and find your way in flexible environments;
  8. Professional proficiency in English;
  9. Living in Poland, able to join our office in the Katowice / Myslowice area.
