Your responsibilities
- Full management of monthly multi-country payroll in coordination with external providers.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements (social declarations, internal audits, GDPR compliance).
- Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension, mobility, etc.).
- Work closely with both local and international HR teams.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
The ideal profile
- Experience: At least 5 years in international payroll and benefits management; experience across multiple countries or within complex structures is a strong asset.
- Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus.
- Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Finance, or related field solid knowledge of social legislation is expected.
