Senior Legal Counsel - HOUSEHOLD NAME - LEADER INFIELD hybrid role, Paris, excellent remuneration We are looking fora bright, switched-on CAPA-qualified lawyer with a background incorporate or general commercial law, ideally gained at a topinternational or French law firm. Alternatively, you may be aCAPA-qualified lawyer who has moved in-house and developed a stronggeneralist or corporate background. This role is ideal for acurious and adaptable legal professional eager to broaden theirskillset and engage with a wide variety of legal matters in adynamic environment. This opportunity is with a fast-paced, privateequity-backed company that is a household name and the clear leaderin its field, with offices across Europe and North America.Reporting to an inspiring, dynamic experienced and supportiveleader, you will be exposed to a diverse range of intellectuallystimulating legal work spanning corporate matters, regulatory andpublic affairs, competition, litigation, data privacy andcommercial contracts. You will also be expected to step up in theGeneral Counsels absence and play a key role in delivering legalsupport for the companys rapid growth. With exciting developmentson the horizon, including preparations for a potential IPO, therole offers daily variety and challenge. There will be lots ofM&A activity to be involved with too. In addition, youllcontribute to the development of legal processes and governanceframeworks that support a large operational team in France, whilecollaborating closely with the UK head office and engaging inboard-level matters.
