We are currently looking for a high number ofGraduates to join our New Cardio Division across multiple locationsin Europe. This training program is designed to help train anddevelop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial andclinical Medical Device environment. Successful candidates will beoffered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn andexpand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Salesand Support Representatives in a live environment. This will giveyou a first:hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcareoutside of a University setting. You will develop many competenceswhile preforming in a professional work situation. This role willbe based around Italy (Florence) and will require daily travelthroughout the region. Successful candidates may be retained byBoston Scientific in the New Cardio or other technical divisions.The position will be starting in September 2025. KeyResponsibilities: - Participate in learning and training events todevelop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills. - Becomecertified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchiseproduct area. - Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in aclinical setting - Interact with Healthcare professionals andpatients in clinical interventions - Plan and deliver dailyinterventions with clinicians - Educate clinicians on a productfranchise - Commercially promote a product franchise - Contributesto the preparation and production of presentations and reports byusing word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. -Conducts her/himself as a regular full:time member of the staff byaccepting and adhering to BSCs rules and regulations and byengaging in professional and personable conduct at all times withstaff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply withany confidentiality and professional policies established by BostonScientific. Profile Requirements: - Be a recent Bachelors orMasters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degreeor Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.- Be fluent in English and Italian (C1) - Have planning, timemanagement, strong communication and presentation skills. - Havecompleted a placement within a clinical, hospital or similarsetting. - Be computer/technically savvy. - Have a desire to learn,be coached and develop within a commercial setting. - Be willing totravel across the Spain or Europe and be away for up to a week at atime. - Hold a current driving license We will be running arecruitment process that will include a telephone interview andthen if selected a virtual Assessment interview.
