As an EMEA Customer Service Ambassador, you will work in a B2B environment, ensuring excellent service to our customers by handling their orders, queries, and complaints through various communication channels (telephone, email, chat, web). Your goal is to provide high-quality, efficient service and maximize business opportunities within the Kering brands portfolio. How you will contribute Manage the ordering process from acquisition to entry, adhering to trade terms Research information using available sources Manage and resolve customer complaints Identify and escalate priority issues Provide product and service information to customers Monitor customer requests and queries Record interaction details according to standard procedures Create new business opportunities proactively Who you are Bachelor''s or Master''s degree, preferably in Languages, Translation, or Cultural Mediation Native or C2 level proficiency in French Knowledge of German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus Fluent in English and Italian Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and contribute to building a new organization Experience in B2B customer service Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with CRM and SAP is a plus Knowledge of sales principles, order-to-cash flows is a plus Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, passionate, curious, innovative, problem solver, results-focused, team player Why work with us?
