Billing Specialist - AR Healthcare (Charge Capture)The Finance Operations organization collaborates with all parts of Amazon to deliver operations accounting and excellence services, ensuring high controllership at minimal cost. Amazon is expanding its Healthcare Finance Operations capabilities through the Healthcare Finance Operations Services.As part of the Amazon Healthcare Global Finance Operations Services team, you will work with talented professionals dedicated to financial improvement, scalability, and process excellence. To support Amazon Healthcare''s growth, we seek Charge Capture Specialists for the Revenue Cycle team.The Charge Capture Specialist is responsible for claim submission, system coding edits, reconciliation of billing tickets, and maintaining spreadsheets. The role requires regular communication with facilities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and computer proficiency.Amazon encourages in-office collaboration to foster learning, modeling, and culture strengthening. We operate on a global 5-day workweek.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely charge-entry and claim submission, meeting daily performance goals.Maintain service line agreements and accuracy targets.Address Local Edit Errors requiring claim corrections.Manage Missing Encounters where billing tickets are absent.Handle Orphaned Orders fulfilled without billing tickets.Troubleshoot and escalate system issues as needed.Identify operational opportunities, analyze, recommend, and collaborate on improvements.Review and suggest policy and procedure changes to enhance Accounts Receivables processes.Act as the Voice of the Customer by reporting improvement areas.Participate in developing training materials and quality assurance programs.Adhere to charge capture productivity standards set by leadership.Basic QualificationsBachelor''s degree in accounting or commerce (B.
