We are on a venture journey and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products ability meets the regulatory requirements in Italy.Own and maintain the Italian compliance content library, ensuring accuracy and quality to allow our customers to rely on usAdapt global resources to meet regulations, including GDPR, NIS2, Model 231 and other related Italian compliance frameworks such as SO 45001, SA8000, CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and SOC2.Ensure the library reflects the latest compliance requirements for the Italian market and relevant frameworks, up-to-date risks considering the current environment and related policiesKeep internal teams informed of updates, helping them stay prepared and compliant and gather feedback to identify areas of improvementHelp our Sales and Customer Success team during sales calls and onboarding of customers with your compliance expertiseBe a trusted advisor for our Product and Product Marketing teamQualifications and about youYou ideally have knowledge or experience with working with the above-mentioned GDPR, NIS2, Model 231 etc. and other both Italian and European regulatory frameworks related to complianceYoure excited to take full responsibility for our compliance content libraryNative in Italian and professional fluency in EnglishGreat communication and presentation skillsAble to work in a hybrid set-up full-time in our Milano officeYou thrive on completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality workYou value teamwork and fostering a supportive work environmentAbout FormalizeFounded in 2021, Formalize is a rapidly growing tech company with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan, and Madrid.
