In addition, Dewu also provides relevant cultural content and community interaction to young people, focusing on the combination of trends and culture.About the Role - HRBPResponsibilities:Strategic support - Develop and implement a localized HR strategy based on the business strategy in Italy and the European market to drive the achievement of organizational targets. Participate in major decisions of the business department and provide HR professional advice (such as team expansion, organizational structure adjustment, etc.).Recruitment and talent management - Lead recruitment in Milan and the surrounding area, including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, etc., to ensure the efficiency and quality of recruitment. Assist the business department to build the talent echelon, focusing on the career development and retention strategy of key employees.Employee relations and cultural landing - Build bridges between local employees and headquarters, and promote the penetration of the company culture and values in the Milan team. Handle employee relations issues, coordinate cross-cultural conflicts, and ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations.Data-driven and operational support - Regular analysis of human resources data (such as turnover rate, recruitment cycle, training effectiveness, etc.) to provide a basis for management decision. Support the daily human resource operation of the business department, including the entry and exit process, compensation and benefit management, performance appraisal, etc.Cross-departmental collaboration and internationalization support - Work closely with the head office HR team to promote the efficient implementation of the globalization policy locally. Coordinate work communication across time zones and languages, support Sino-Italian team collaboration.Required Skills:Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, psychology, business administration, or related field preferred; international human resource management experience required. Familiar with Italian and EU labor laws and regulations; holding relevant qualification certification preferred.More than 5 years HR working experience, including at least 2 years HRBP position experience; Internet or cross-border e-commerce industry background preferred.
