Our client, a renowned international leader within the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a Data Management Analytics Specialist (CDL). This role will primarily focus on Business Performance Management (BPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM), playing a pivotal part in driving the company''s business growth.Key Responsibilities:Support business performance tracking and revenue growth management by developing and maintaining BPM and RGM dashboards, reports, and templates.Ensure data accuracy and consistency through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Continuously refine processes and reporting methods to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.Evaluate the feasibility of integrating various data sources and identify potential gaps in data availability.Assess the readiness of market data for seamless integration into the Commercial Data Lake.Define data requirements and offer practical solutions to overcome data-related challenges.Design and develop insightful BI dashboards that align with business objectives.Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI with advanced drill-down features for deeper analysis.Gather feedback from stakeholders and refine dashboards to ensure they meet business needs.Lead and manage multi-country projects, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups to ensure successful planning and execution.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Required Profile:Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.Proven experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.Solid background in trade marketing or sales analytics.Strong expertise in Power BI and dashboard/report creation.Experience in BPM and RGM analytics.Familiarity with commercial data sources such as SAP, Nielsen, and Circana.Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data science is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
