Your role
This isnt your typical sales role. Its a multifaceted position focused on sustainable growth:
- Renewal management: you ensure timely contract renewals and prioritize customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Account management: you strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio.
- New business: you reach out to potential clients and convince decision-makers of the strategic value of our solutions. Your commercial mindset helps turn opportunities into new collaborations.
Your day-to-day
- You maintain strong relationships with existing customers, working closely with the Customer Success Team.
- You set up video meetings with prospects.
- You actively manage your sales funnel by identifying new opportunities and generating new leads within our ICP.
- You use HubSpot to manage your sales activities efficiently and transparently, and you proactively report on your progress and results.
What were looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B role
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Skilled in social selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on both acquisition and retention
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach
- Able to work independently, but also a team player
