What youll do The RealEstate Asset Manager, working within the real estate teamspecialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will be involved inthe following activities: Main responsibilities: - Recommend andproactively coordinate external providers; - Oversee theperformance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of amultiple real estate assets simultaneously; - Perform presentationsto our PE clients on the status on investments and progress of thechosen strategy Participate in the preparation of the real estatebusiness plans and quarterly reporting documents for separateassets; - Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitativeand quantitative analysis on their contents; - Update and preparemark to market models and capital commitment schedules; -Understand various real estate related documentation and prepareExcel models; - Analysis potential acquisitions on behalf of Realestate assets ; - Review and update monthly operating budgets; -Prepare and update internal models and memos. What youll bring: -Competent English written and spoken English needed for everydayuse; - Strong educational background, accounting or real estateworking experience; - Proficient in Excel and Power Point; -Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis;- Strong interest in real estate; - Strong written and verbalcommunication skills are essential; - Must be a self-starter withthe ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; -Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills; - Strongorganizational and time management skills; - Understanding of realestate valuation concepts highly desirable.
