Spherical Search have partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer of Injectable components for the Pharma & BioTech space and they are looking for a Customer Project Manager.
Goal
Effectively manage customer development projects by delivering functional products on time, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Project Management
This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Establish a clear project vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including timelines, milestone, and deliverables
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage stakeholders to align expectations and ensure support.
Customer Focus Comply with customer requirements and market expectations
This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the customer to understand their goals, needs, and expectations.
- Ensure customer requirements are transferred into the project plan and deliverables.
- Regularly update the customer on progress, challenges, and next steps
- Encourage open communication and cooperation between the customer, project team, and other stakeholders.
Project documentation and reporting
This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project documentation in line with internal standards, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Report project progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage standard project management templates
Lead the project team
This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability within cross-functional teams.
- Clearly define team roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment
- Motivate and support the team while addressing challenges and maintaining morale.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years proven project management experience,
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry is a big plus
- Master level in engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, PMP certification is a plus
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
- Fluent communication skills, verbal and written in English, Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries, experience with primary containers is a plus
- Thorough understanding of product development processes (design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing)
- Practical ability to read and interpret technical product drawings
- Proficient in MS Office and company specific software
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Working out of Alken (Belgium) offices minimum 3 days/week (full time at start)
