Job Description:Company: Grafton Engineering, a division of Gi Group Spa, authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.Location: Milan, ItalySpecialization: Core Skills - EngineeringClient: Saipem, a global leader in engineering and construction for energy and infrastructure sectors.Position: Project Management EngineerResponsibilities:Assist the Project Manager in project planning, including preparing the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other procedures.Help allocate resources and assess man-hours for the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).Coordinate activities related to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, both at the office and on-site.Develop and manage the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure.Prepare and update the Project Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.Manage Vendor Assistance on Site, monitor costs, schedules, and report on activities.Handle Project Guarantee Claims Management during the warranty period.Support change orders, claims, and dispute resolution activities.Requirements:Degree in Engineering Science; Professional qualification or Chartership (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is a plus.English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.2-4 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects, large-scale projects, and with major clients.Experience in design management, planning, contract management, or cost management within oil and gas or new energies projects.Experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams.Proven project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and techniques.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; resourcefulness under pressure.Location: Milan headquarters with availability for short and long-term foreign assignments.Contract Type: Permanent, salary package commensurate with experience.Additional Info: The offer is open to candidates respecting applicable privacy laws and equal opportunity regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
