We are currently searching for a Production Lead. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a rapidly expanding company.**Duties**:- Always keep safety first- Work with Supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments- Assist in the monitoring of the daily flow of the Production team- Escalate production issues to the Supervisor immediately- Participate as an active member of the production assembly team on a daily basis- Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that all procedures are being followed and meet allquality and safety requirementsAssign work to assembly line associates- Update production metrics hourly and facilitate hourly team communication- Assist in the maintaining of a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions at aconstant high rateFollow all documented policies and procedures as designed by the management and Quality teams- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures- Complete required paperwork and documentation daily- Motivate workers to enhance production output- Notify Supervisor of any equipment needsSkills**Pay**: $13.00 per hour**Requirements**:- Motivational skills/ability to motivate others- Must have excellent attendance, flexible to work weekends
