RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect and analyseprocurement data - Analyse monthly OTIF reports, compile data andalert the buyers in case of deviation - Collect and prepare annualfinancial analysis and suppliers scorecard - Summarize the datarelated to yearly supplier evaluations from different plants (4plants) - Prepare reports and dashboards to track key procurementmetrics (PPV report, forecast, etc.) - Prepare the documentation tohelp the buyers launch tenders - Create and update contracts withLegal, create and update suppliers data (contacts, address, etc.)in each ERPs, for all sites - Input suppliers price grids in ERPsfor all sites (updates and new SKUs) - Collect and reviewsuppliers questionnaires, code of conduct, CDAs, etc and archivethem in a relevant system according to sites requirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelors degree or Licence, ideally inProcurement or Supply Chain - Previous experience in a similarrole, preferably in procurement - Familiarity with datavisualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) REQUIRED SKILLS -Strong communication & analytical skills - Building templatesfor data analysis and collection - Practical knowledge ofprocurement management systems - Attention to detail and ability toeffectively manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in procurementsoftware, ERP systems, and Excel (advanced) - Fluent French /English This position offers an exciting opportunity for amotivated and organized individual to make a significantcontribution to the efficient management of purchasing andcontracts within the company.
