POSTE
As an IT Project Manager, you will join the IT department to lead the laboratory''s projects while coordinating the teams.
Main Responsibilities:
-Project Management: You will manage and monitor IT projects (application development, infrastructure, digitalization, etc.) aligned with business needs and the company''s strategic objectives.
-Team Coordination: You will coordinate technical teams (both internal and external), ensuring the successful completion of projects within the defined timelines and budgets.
-Stakeholder Management: You will be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (management, business units, etc.) and external ones (vendors, partners).
-Planning and Monitoring: You will create project timelines, track progress, and adjust priorities according to constraints.
-Technology Watch: You will stay up to date with technological developments to suggest innovative and tailored solutions that meet the company''s needs.
-Quality and Compliance: You will be responsible for risk management, quality, and compliance of deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
PROFIL
Ideal Profile:
-Master''s degree (Bac+5) in IT, project management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management (experience with Agile/Scrum projects is a plus).
-Knowledge of IT technologies, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
-Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required to communicate with international partners.
