Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions at the Rotterdam site
- Partner with leadership to support strategic goals and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, experience in Plant HR Management is preferable
- Bachelor''s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations management, HR Compliance, Labour Union management, Compensation, and Employee Development
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
