Direct message the job poster from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber CompanyWe are looking for a Retail Consultant for North West of Italy (Triveneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna).Main responsibilities:Provide exemplary day-to-day business consulting service to franchisees to maximize their sales & profit by implementing franchise concepts based on rules defined in the franchise agreement and operational manual. Ensure each franchisee undergoes an annual quality certification process.Conduct in-store training sessions to execute annual marketing plans, e-commerce policies, fleet policies, product category management plans, as well as new programs and procedures. Hold regular meetings on topics determined by third-party audits or retail initiatives.Gather and analyze industry trends, competition, and market-relevant information. Set, manage, and report on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including sales and costs. Design investment plans. Conduct business reviews with franchise owners, track KPIs, and propose/implement actions to improve KPIs to meet sales & cost targets. Manage and report on AOP for the assigned area.Execute the annual sell-out plan, ensuring it aligns with sell-in estimates, maintains high Share of Business (SOB), high TMS share, and localizes necessary actions in cooperation with the sales force.Implement the annual development plan by utilizing geo-marketing studies to identify white spots. Collaborate with the sales team to analyze local dealer markets, identify potential franchisees meeting predefined criteria, present the franchise concept effectively, and secure new franchise agreements.Experience3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferably implementing franchise systems or other retail-focused best-in-class programs.Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of Franchise Dealership Sales Process.Sales experience and/or franchise sales experience with broad knowledge of retail business in Automotive.Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build relationships and positively influence franchisees and stakeholders.Leadership skills to motivate, develop, and hold accountable franchise partners to achieve targets.Proven track record of achieving results.Strong financial acumen, training, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to operate effectively in stressful and changing environments.Willingness to spend approximately 80% of time working directly with franchisees in the field.Proficiency in MS Office and related computer skills.Only candidates residing in the area (preferably Triveneto) are eligible for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
