Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, talented Human Resource Generalist to work in its Mission Viejo Service Center. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.About the Company:Ensign Services currently serves over 200 health care operations including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies and other ancillary service providers. These operations have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the Service Center, a world-class service team that provides the centralized legal, human resource, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus on day-to-day care and business issues in their facilities and operations.About the OpportunityThe right candidate will possess an ownership attitude, a high degree of initiative and view no task as too large or too small. The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management supporting efforts company-wide.
