We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a project we are working on with our partner in the banking sector. Analyzing business processes and creating corresponding diagrams. Maintaining and refining the project backlog by ensuring high-quality content and clear sentences throughout the project lifecycle. Collecting business requirements from stakeholders. Preparing and evaluating project backlogs, and developing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Reviewing and providing feedback on analytical documents. Managing the project's scope from start to finish. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for mobile banking and web portal features. Translating business needs into technical specifications to support efficient development. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the project. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital banking or financial services, with a preference for over 5 years. Well-versed in the development lifecycle of mobile banking applications and web portals. Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and UML. Capable of working collaboratively across teams to enhance overall product quality. Very good English and Polish - min. Maybe its obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
