As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting the service team members, training them, overseeing the daily operations as well as handling guests on the shift. You will be working closely with the Selva Manager, the Kitchen Manager, and your team of around 30 international colleagues. Other responsibilities: Managing and overseeing the service team of the restaurant (50% operational, 50% administrative); Mastering our service-culture commitment to our guests; Bringing the different restaurant teams together and creating a positive and warm team spirit; Planning and developing the overall restaurant marketing strategy to improve productivity and sales; Responding professionally and authentically to guest questions and complaints; Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations; Estimating consumption, forecasting requirements, and maintaining inventory; Hiring, training, and leading service team members.
