We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for a leadinge-commerce, logistics, and cloud services company. The role focuseson managing and expanding the Pickup network in Italy while drivingbusiness growth through new commercial relationships. KeyResponsibilities: - Own and manage the Pickup network in Italy,working with existing partners and converting new leads intoopportunities - Drive Pickup Locations CX to ensure best-in-classexperience, service, and convenience - Interact with smallbusinesses to contribute to division growth through new commercialrelationships - Manage offline Marketing and Advertising campaignswith location partners to increase awareness and utilization -Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports using Excel andother analytical tools - Build and maintain effective relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications: -Strong analytical and operational background with advanced Exceland data analysis skills - Superior communication and interpersonalskills - Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced,innovative environment - Experience in strategic thinking andcreative problem-solving - Fluency in both English and Italian(English will be the primary business language) - Experience in allphases of account management including prospecting, acquisition,integration, and retention of partners Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in IT/network roll-outs or similar projects -Track record in stakeholder management - Experience in e-commerceor logistics sectors The ideal candidate will be highlydetail-oriented, analytically minded, and capable of buildingstrong relationships while working in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment.
