The Negotiation Coordinator is under the responsibility of the European Key Account Manager. This person is in charge of the operational implementation of the International Brands negotiation on a perimeter of international FMCG manufacturers.
On a daily basis the candidate will :
- Support the European Key Account Manager on the preparation and the good performance of negotiations.
- Analyze manufacturer''s pricing proposals, build counter-proposals to the product line and defends them with manufacturers.
- Actively participate in commercial alignment meetings with manufacturers.
- Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of prices passed on to the commercial administration.
- Monitor their scope and analyse the trends in their categories, products and suppliers.
- Must act in accordance with the regulations in force in terms of commercial relations and commercial practices.
- Negotiate listings (innovations, in/out, switchs) requested by the G6 countries or proposed by the manufacturers in the mandate given by the international negotiator.
- Works in collaboration with the administrative and commercial management of the European purchasing centre and the purchasing FMCG teams of 6 countries.
The candidate will be one of the key operational contacts for global and country teams of the manufacturers in the daily goods relationship. Profile with potential to develop into a European Key Account Manager.
Required Profile:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG or purchasing
- International experience (English or Spanish speaking countries is a plus)
- Business or Engineering school
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
- Advanced Excel / Google sheet
