Your Role
As an OR nurse, you play a crucial role in the surgical team:
- You assist during procedures, handle instruments, and act as circulating nurse.
- You prepare and position the patient with great care and attention to safety.
- You ensure high-quality patient care and maintain patient safety throughout.
- You work closely within a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.
- You provide clear communication verbal, written, and digital.
- You support your colleagues wherever needed with a proactive attitude.
- You perform administrative, technical, and nursing tasks accurately.
- You think ahead, communicate clearly, and help optimize the workflow.
Your Profile
- Qualified nurse (bachelors or associate degree in nursing).
- Proven experience in the operating room a must-have.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented way with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You value clear communication and enjoy a positive team environment.
- Youre eager to contribute to a clinic that puts quality first.

Schedule:
- 38 hours/week spread across 4 working days
- Fixed day off on Tuesdays
- Day shifts only (Monday to Friday) potential Saturday mornings in the future
- No night or weekend shifts
