Focus on optimizing customer care processes like case management, SLA handling, and omnichannel support to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Support end users with guidance and training to maximize platform utilization for efficient, personalized service.Technologies: Work with SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP C4C, and related technologies to design and implement service processes such as case routing, escalation, and omnichannel interactions. Engage with CRM and eCommerce platforms, reporting, and analytics tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.Teamwork: Collaborate with Customer Care teams, IT, and business stakeholders to implement and integrate SAP Service Cloud solutions. Engage with international clients and cross-functional teams, promoting innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.Academic background: Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Valuable expertise: Experience with customer service platforms, especially SAP Service Cloud v2 and SAP C4C, CRM and ERP integration, service processes, case management, SLA configuration, and omnichannel support.
