Project Engineer - Toulouse, France - 6+ Months
I am currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer who is interested in working for one of the leading companies in the High-Tech Pharmaceutical industry. Join a fantastic team and gain valuable experience working on an exciting project in the biotech sector.

Type: Contract (6+ Months)
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical work packages related to HVAC, electricity, fluids, and finishing trades (excluding Process lots).
- Support limited Process-related technical lots with internal F&E assistance as needed.
- Monitor project budgets in collaboration with management control (LINESIGHT).
- Contribute to project planning using Excel-based tools; coordinate with planners for Gantt chart updates.
- Maintain and update key project tracking documents (e.g. job tracking, GPA, NDF, budget, orders, DOE).
- Assist in drafting technical and project documentation, including specifications, safety protocols, business cases, and Project Execution Plans.
- Manage supplier creation and order entry using COUPA; handle badge and visitor requests.
- Liaise with both external partners (architects, project managers, control offices, suppliers) and internal teams across all levels.
Your Requirements:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills across technical and administrative tasks
- Accuracy and attention to detail in managing budgets, documents, and tracking tools
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn planning and documentation systems (PIMS, COUPA, MAXIMO)
- Clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external partners
- Ability to draft and organize complex technical documentation in a structured way
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with good anticipation of EHS and compliance topics
