Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.SummaryThe Therapy Specialist is responsible for training and promotion of products and peritoneal dialysis therapies to clinical stakeholders of Nephrology, working with the sales team.This is a strategic role from a therapeutic perspective and will have an important impact for the reputation of the company, with the responsibility to properly manage drugs and devices for life-saving therapies.The job will be performed over the local territory, through a fine tune with commercial business objectives and to the guidelines provided by commercial leads of the same area, with the supervision of the competent Sales Manager.The activity will be mainly focused across the following regions: Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, but you will support the team on a national basis, when required.What you''ll be doingManage the activities related to educational, technical and clinical support in dialysis centers and provide information on how to use products or services properly for the Peritoneal Dyalisis therapiesOrganize and deliver trainings for medical, clinical and technical staff on how to use devices and drugs properlyPlan and support training sessions and workshops for customers with MKT, Sales Manager and Medical areaManage training material and questionnaires in order to assess efficiency of training activitiesProvide technological updates (hw and sw) of medical devices to hospital staffSupport clinical and medical staff by phone or digital toolsMonitor competitors strategies, in order to update marketing and sales teamReport daily activities through internal systemsWhat you will bringA scientific degree or relevant equivalent experience is desirableExperience in dialysis therapies and devicesExcellent communication skillsAbility to handle debating situations ensuring good performance also in complex organizationsAbility to run more projects simultaneously Goal-oriented approach, to achieve productivity and sales objectives, in coordination and with active support vs sales team and Sales ManagerProficiency in EnglishGood knowledge of MS apps and technological HW/SW toolsReasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
