The ideal candidate should:have a basic knowledge of main HR topics: recruiting, training, organization, administration;have 2-3 years of experience in HR-related projects;be fluent in Italian (mother tongue);be fluent in English;be proficient in Excel/spreadsheets;be pragmatic and hands-on (get things done);What you will doAs part of the HR team, youll support the growth and standardization of HR-related policies and tasks.Recruiting: publish job ads, screen CVs, manage candidate relationships, and help scale up the team;HR systems: implement and maintain HR software;Administration: support in routine procedures (absence recording, payroll, etc.);People Management: interact with colleagues and managers to collect documents, plan trainings, and organize meetings and events.Attitude we are looking forPro-active owners.
