Arcaplanet consolidates its leadership and growth strategy through the opening of dozens of new stores each year across the country, expanding its online channel and digital solutions in an integrated omnichannel approach, along with developing new pet-related services.To support this strategy, with a customer-centric focus, the company invests in developing professionals working both in Retail and at the Headquarter, aiming to ensure maximum satisfaction and excellent service.Within the Data & Analytics team, the goal is to support a Senior Data Analyst in daily activities related to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various business sources, both digital and offline.In this context, we are looking for:Main Responsibilities:Assist the team in analyzing web and digital data (e.g., traffic, conversions, funnels);Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction from relational databases and/or BigQuery;Collaborate on creating dashboards and reports with Power BI;Perform ad hoc analyses to support the eCommerce, CRM, and omnichannel teams;Use Excel for data cleaning, preliminary analysis, and building summary models;Document analytical processes and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance activities.Requirements:Bachelors or masters degree (including ongoing) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar;Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably experience with databases like MySQL, BigQuery, DataBricks, etc.);Knowledge of main Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager);Good proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, advanced functions);Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI;Analytical mindset, precision, and eagerness to learn;Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively;Basic/intermediate knowledge of English (ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a work environment).Additional benefits include an internship in a leading, dynamic, fast-growing company in a constantly evolving market with significant international development opportunities; a young, agile working environment that values merit and talent; an extracurricular internship with on-the-job training; and a compensation of 800 euros per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
