Your Impact
Youll work as a Digital Technology Consultant in Geneva or Zurich. This group brings together the best of McKinseys digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. Associate consultants work in teams and directly with our clients.

You will take on a role that goes beyond advising. Your qualifications and skills
- PhD (or several years of work experience) in computer science, electrical engineering or related technical fields with outstanding record of academic achievement
- Internships or first work experience, ideally in an area with exposure to technological topics (software engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, IT architecture, agile, digital transformation etc.)
- Strong interest to explore the breadth of technology related topics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) and in English
