We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Communications & Training Specialist based in Madrid to join an energy company in continous growth and development.
This role is pivotal in coordinating and enhancing the company''s learning programs and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizing training sessions, managing communication platforms, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
What will you do?
- Execute, coordinate, and assess the companys training and development initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring seamless execution to support employee growth and upskilling.
- Organize and promote internal training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure quality content delivery.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Create and manage content for internal channels, including employee newsletters, intranet, and executive presentations to employees.
- Maintain and update the organization''s learning and communications calendars to ensure timely delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Support the companys projects, from ideation to execution, such as key company milestones like leadership announcements, strategic updates, organizational changes, anniversaries and other internal events.
- Development of visual and written internal communication materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions and communication campaigns to inform continuous improvement.
What do we need?
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Audiovisual, or related field.
- Experience with internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience in designing training and development plans.
- Familiarity with training providers and learning plan.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of visual communication and presentation formats.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, capable of building relationships across departments.
- Understanding of project management principles and experience in tracking multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Proficient in presentation softwares and technology, including AI.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
