This includes staking, yield, fixed/flexible earnings, and upcoming DeFi-powered products. As a Staff Engineer on the Earn Pod, you’ll set technical direction through context and clarity empowering others to execute with confidence. You’ll mentor through example and collaboration, raising the technical bar across teams and ensuring our systems scale with performance, reliability, and purpose.This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and infrastructure turning ideas into measurable results.
