Mission Design, manage, and continuously enhance totalrewards strategies that align with the companys goals in talentattraction, retention, and development. Key Responsibilities 1.Compensation Policies & Total Rewards Management - Collaborateclosely with the Head of HR to define strategic compensation andreward frameworks. - Monitor and analyze the compensation structureand benefits package to ensure both market competitiveness andinternal equity. - Evaluate market trends to propose and implementinnovative compensation packages that meet organizationalobjectives. - Ensure compliance with international policies,including rate range standards. 2. Incentive Systems &Compensation Reviews - Develop and manage comprehensive,company-wide incentive plans with a focus on accurateimplementation and regulatory compliance. - Assist managers inestablishing performance criteria and incentive targets that driveorganizational success. - Forecast and monitor the financial impactof incentive programs on overall labor costs. - Develop, update,and communicate guidelines to support compensation review processesand managerial decision-making. 3. Compensation Analysis &Benchmarking - Coordinate participation in market compensationsurveys and benchmarking studies to remain aligned with industrystandards. - Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reportsto inform strategic decision-making. - Implement and maintain jobgrading systems (e.g., Mercer) through regular reviews and updates.4. HR Information Systems (HRIS) & KPI Management - Oversee thedevelopment, integration, and maintenance of HRIS tools to optimizeHR processes and ensure data integrity. - Define, monitor, andupdate key HR metrics related to compensation, retention, andperformance. - Collaborate with IT to enhance system integrationand automate HR processes, ensuring timely, data-driven insights. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with attendance management systems,coordinating with external providers as needed. 5. Salary Budgeting& Forecasting - Support the planning, preparation, andmonitoring of the salary budget in close collaboration with theFinance team. - Provide predictive analyses on personnel costs andevolving compensation strategies, adjusting forecasts in line withorganizational changes. - Ensure that forecast adjustments reflectongoing strategic business initiatives and organizational dynamics.Requirements & Skills - Experience in compensation &benefits strategy, compensation analysis, and incentive systemmanagement. - In-depth knowledge of HRIS, HR metrics, and digitaltransformation within human resources. - Strong analyticalcapabilities with a demonstrated ability to interpret complexcompensation data. - Proficiency in Excel and business intelligencetools for comprehensive HR analysis. - Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across allorganizational levels. - A strategic, proactive mindset with acommitment to continuous process improvement in a dynamic,international business environment.
