In 2024, we have inaugurated TCS Pace Port Paris, our 7th global innovation hub, and are looking for strengthening our team to better engage with the French ecosystem.In that context, we are searching for a Digital Strategist and Business Architect to join our Innovation & Transformation Team in France and guide our customers through innovation-driven digital transformations that deliver measurable business outcomes.This role requires applying the discipline of top-tier management consulting to digital transformation programs, while leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver innovation that aligns with strategic business goals. Your ability to think strategically, apply user-centric approaches, mobilize our internal and external ecosystem and drive human-centered design will be key to succeed in our mission to bring innovation to life.Key Responsibilities:Customer engagement
: together with our Sales and Key Account teams, engage with customers and lead the innovation & transformation conversations at different levels of the organization, up to CxO levelOpportunity planning & management
: shape innovation engagements and orchestrate them with the wider TCS teams, including Industry-focused teams, Technology experts, Research & Innovation, Geography deployed teams, as well as with ecosystem partners when applicableDigital Strategy Consulting expertise
: create and apply consulting methods & frameworks to structure the discussions and thought process at each stage of the engagement, from research to problem framing to problem solving to program executionInnovation Portfolio Management:
Engage key stakeholders to create and maintain the innovation portfolio backlog, ensuring it is aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business goalsCo-Innovation & Co-Creation:
Lead ideation sessions to define and design future-ready solutions in collaboration with internal teams and clients, ensuring ideas are validated through customer and end-user feedbackBusiness Value Management:
Measure, track, and report on the value delivered by digital initiatives, using data and analytics to continuously improve outcomes and optimize business performanceAgility in Strategy Execution:
Maintain the agility to pivot strategies and solutions quickly in response to market dynamics or client needs, applying innovative methodologies like Lean Startup and Agile Design to ensure speed and scalabilityUser Adoption & Change Management:
Collaborate with UX and change management teams to identify key drivers of user adoption and lead initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new solutions into the clients operationsProof of Concept & Validation:
Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoC) and MVP (minimum viable product) design & incubation to ensure innovations are tested and validated before scaling
