To support thegrowth of the export team, we are looking for an Export AreaManager. Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, the selectedcandidate will be responsible for developing and maintainingcustomer relationships in the Middle East, North Africa, andFrancophone markets such as Belgium and Canada. KeyResponsibilities: - Develop target markets by identifying andestablishing partnerships with dealers or direct clients - Manageand grow existing customer relationships in the assigned areas -Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets - Lead commercialnegotiations with potential customers - Handle and renegotiateexisting client relationships - Organize and participate in tradefairs and industry events, including co-branded initiatives -Identify new clients through follow-ups and development of a newcustomer portfolio Requirements: - At least 34 years of experienceas an Area Manager in a B2B company - Excellent knowledge ofEnglish and French; Arabic is a plus - Willingness to travelapproximately 50% of the time Preferred Skills: - Strong analyticaland listening skills - Excellent interpersonal and communicationabilities - Strong organizational and negotiation skills -Proactive problem-solving attitude - Curiosity and a team-orientedmindset What the company offers: - Permanent contract (MetalworkingIndustry National Collective Agreement) - Gross annual salary up to55,00060,000, based on technical and soft skills evaluatedduring the selection process - Performance-based bonus (MBO) -Working hours: 08:30 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break andflexible start time with end-of-day adjustment - Access to on-sitecompany canteen Workplace: Padua, Italy
