Cheers to dreaming big!Role Description:The Business Development Representative is a professional capable of developing the company''s business, defending, and growing the customer portfolio. You will be a trusted advisor and persuasive negotiator, skilled at bridging marketing plans and execution. Your goal will be to achieve tangible results through commercial partnerships and identifying new market opportunities.Your responsibilities include:Research and acquire new On Trade points of sale aligned with company directives.Analyze the performance of points of sale to increase ABI product sales.Regularly visit On Trade venues, implementing marketing projects to improve visibility and product presence.Ensure proper placement of visibility materials at points of sale.Prepare periodic activity reports and identify new market opportunities.Participate in special projects, including major events like the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympics, where we will be official sponsor with Corona Cero.The profile we are looking for:We seek individuals with commercial experience in the Beverage sector, such as Merchandisers in On Trade, JR Sales Accounts, Agents, Event Managers, or Restaurant/Bar Managers with deep knowledge and passion for beer. Candidates should possess excellent negotiation skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong determination.
