Your Responsibilities? Create and manage project schedules and budgets, including cost estimation and timely delivery of milestones. Ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines. Regular reporting on project status and operational progress. Monitor results for quality, cost and customer satisfaction. Coordinate internal resources for effective project execution. Managing the project process from start to finish, ensuring operational efficiency. Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for clients. Support development activities by participating in technical and bid discussions. Maintain client relationships for repeat business and project expansion. Acting as the main point of contact for clients. Conduct project reviews: kick-off meetings, intermediate reviews, critical reviews and project closeout. Ensure proper cost accounting and closure of technical documentation. Maintain compliance with project documentation requirements. Oversee the implementation of projects in the field, including site visits and resolution of technical challenges. Our Expectations: University degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials or welding engineering. Experience in a similar position min. 3 years. Strong technical aptitude and project management experience. Ability to plan and manage project costs. Critical thinking and ability to solve technical problems. Experience in dealing with clients, (preferably in nuclear, refining or fossil energy industries). Ability to manage procurement and subcontractors. Experience in leading a technical project team. Highly developed communication skills. Very good English language skills to communicate freely and read technical documentation.
