Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
