(part of the SAUR Group) is responsible for the management of the integral water cycle in its entirety or in some of its phases.
We are currently looking for a
HR Trainee
to be based in our office, in Madrid.
Functions:Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees in French Overseas Territories (Reunion and West Indies)Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements :Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field -
mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.Ideally first experience as HR traineeFluent in French and English. Spanish appreciatedStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
