ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a HardwareDesigner to join our Research & Development Department,specifically within the Hardware Design Team. The candidate willjoin the team responsible for the development and maintenance ofhardware solutions for complex laser systems. He/She will workclosely with Mechanical Designers, Firmware Designers, and ProjectManagers, actively participating in all stages of the developmentcycle, from requirements definition through to product release andmaintenance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Requirements definition -Design and development of power and control electronic boards (bothdigital and analog) - Component selection and creation of eBOM -Research and integration of sensors - Debugging and functionalverification of electronic boards - Writing technical documentationWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR To successfully carry out the requiredactivities, we are looking for candidates with: - Bachelors degreein Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or arelated field - At least 2 years of experience in hardware design,component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout support -Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian - Passionfor technology and innovation - Good teamwork skills, with theability to listen and support colleagues - Attention to detail andthe ability to manage deadlines effectively Technical SkillsRequired: - Proficiency with at least one schematic entry tool(Eagle Layout Editor, Altium, etc.) - Familiarity with laboratorytools for debugging and troubleshooting sample boards - Experiencewith the bring-up of electronic boards Will be considered a plus: -Knowledge of power/high voltage electronics - Knowledge ofradiofrequency electronics - Experience in designing electronicboard layouts - Familiarity with simulation software (LTspice,TINA-TI, eDesignSuite, etc.) - Basic knowledge in developingfirmware for microcontrollers - Experience with conducted andradiated emission/susceptibility testing (electromagneticcompatibility) - Knowledge of industry standards for medicaldevices (ISO 13485, IEC 60601) Does this sound like the rightopportunity for you?
