Thanks to the extensive know-how of nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers, we offer innovative solutions and processes to fully enable the energy transition.Assigned to Administration, Finance and Control Department, he/she is in charge of generating analysis, documents and deliverables assigned to him/her, guaranteeing quality, responsiveness and punctuality.The Analyst reports to the AFC manager for Statutory for timing, priorities of activities and quality of the deliverablesKey Activities & Responsibilities:Support AFC managers for Statutory financial statements preparation, including, ie., activities in revenues/costs accruals calculation, fixed asset accounting under Local and IFRS Gaap and reporting,Support in the preparation of the Explanatory note and Managements reports,Support to Statutory manager for Auditors visit on quarterly basis, collecting information and providing documentation,Support to Statutory manager for Auditors visit on annual basis, collecting information and providing documentation, as per interim and final auditWorking with the Accounting Manager in overall preparation of quarterly accounts, including co-ordination of all schedules, reconciliation and reporting packages for review by the Accounting Manager,Support to Statutory manager for specific Tax/Compliance declarations, including regulatory requirements on quarterly/annual basis,Statutory and compliance postings, statutory and tax fiscal books updating under Local and Tax Gaap (Journal book, Fixed assets registers, Inventory books, VAT registers, Withholding tax certifications, ect.).Personal Attributes:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field,It is a plus to have 3/6 years of experience in tax offices or audit firms,fluent English speaker and writer,strong attention to details,team worker and effective communicator,adaptability, entrepreneurship and working with method,ability to work under pressure in an environment where priorities must be continually re-evaluated and adapted as possible.
