Project Quantity Surveyor – Cleanrooms – Kilkenny, IrelandWe are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to help further develop their growth.Responsibilities * Cost Planning Estimating: Develop and manage project cost plans and budgets from early-stage feasibility through to final account, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. * Procurement Management: Prepare tender documentation, manage procurement processes, and evaluate subcontractor packages to ensure best value and compliance with project specifications. * Contract Administration: Administer contracts in accordance with relevant forms (e.g. RIAI, FIDIC, NEC), including managing change control, variations, and contractual correspondence. * Valuations Payments: Prepare interim valuations, assess subcontractor applications, and manage payments in line with contract terms and construction progress. * Reporting Risk Management: Provide regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments to project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of any budgetary concerns or commercial issues.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have 5-8 years’ postgraduate experience in a similar roleMust be based within commutable distance of KilkennyPrevious Cleanroom environment i.e. Data Centres, Pharmaceutical etc. is preferredBenefits€65,000 - €70,000 + Benefits + Car
